Hotmail Upgrade goes live … December 3rd, 2003

Vinod Kumar

The much anticipated Hotmail update is now live. What’s new in the latest update? More and better spam filtering; new icons that make Hotmail look and feel more like Office 2003 and Exchange Server 2003’s Outlook Web Access tool; and a new, more streamlined look for the Hotmail home page. You did have a glimpse of the same in my previous post on this topic … Now it is LIVE and kicking …

    Nice stuff.

What’s really a pity is that to get the calendar you have to get MSN for $10/month. Was much nicer when it was free.

I already upgraded for space. Why can’t I pay an annual fee for the calendar too.

I have to pay my isp $60/month and now they want another $10 for a calendar.

    That’s a bummer.
