“Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.” — Maria Robinson

Everyone goes through tough times and there is always something that we are behind to achieve. Life can be hard and throwing bricks at us – what really matters is how we handle them and get over it quickly. One of the things that I keep telling people is to get over the negative thoughts and move on with life. Personally, this post is dedicated to those who have heard me make this statement.

There has been a tradition that I post something motivational over my Twitter ID / Facebook page every single day to start and it surely has been a trend I have had for close to 2+ years now. Tough but I have been consistent in that at least if not over my blogs :). In this post, I have taken many of those wonderful motivational quotes and compiled them into this blog post for you. There are a ton of quotes to get added here, but I just loved this video from “Rocky (Balboa) – Its All about how hard you get hit and move forward” (watch it from 01:01)

I think this clip had something in it that makes you feel, what do we do when we get hit really hard? Do we get bogged down and stay down or do we get up, look at the path ahead and move on? Always reaching down somewhere deep inside our inner strength and to pull up the courage that lifts us back on our feet to keep moving forward is the critical piece.

Learning from failure and having regret are two separate things in my opinion. Regret is an emotion; a feeling of disappointment along with a modest amount of shame or guilt. But to look back at a circumstance and figure out what went wrong gives you some very important experience that will be useful for future. Don’t get stuck is all I had to stay here again. Again, Moving on and giving up are also different things and not to be mixed up !!!

We have to move on from so many things throughout life. We don’t know when and with what, but we must move on. BTW, Moving on does not mean goodbye. These things we move on from may come back to us later in life, in different forms.

I hope this compilation of quotes and views motivate you for a read in the future too. Do tell me which of the above lines touched you more than the others? What other topics you would like to see in the future?
